Once your new system is commissioned, maintenance and spare parts become key considerations.
During component selection, all necessary spare parts should be predefined. We are happy to supply the required parts within a customized Service Level Agreement. During project planning, it should also be determined whether the system will be maintained preventively or condition-based. Condition-based maintenance requires a suitable Maintenance Management System (MMS), ideally integrated during automation.
We can support you in setting up maintenance for your system — whether via third parties or your own service personnel. Control software maintenance can be provided remotely in collaboration with your automation engineer, while on-site IT/OT experts from our parent company can also be arranged.
